Banana Chilly 

This mild chilly is normally picked and eaten at the yellow-green stage. It is excellent for stuffing and is a prolific producer. If left to ripen fully, it will turn bright red.

Bull Horn Pepper 

This sweet Italian heirloom pepper produces very large and long peppers, and hence the common name, bullhorn (Corno di Torro). It is excellent for stuffing, having very thick walls. This is a mixture of red and yellow varieties.

Chilly Aji Norteno (Red) 

This chilly (aji) is one of the commonly grown varieties in South America, though it is not grown elsewhere. Norteno (which means North) comes from to its popularity in the valleys of nothern Peru. It is mildly hot, with a fruity flavour, and has thick walls, suitable for stuffing. The skin is bumpy, which gives this chilly an unusual look. A very easy to grow variety that fruits very well.

Chilly, Heirloom "Thai Hot" 

This chilly is very small but packs a quite a punch. Quite possibly the hottest heirloom chilly on Earth! This Thai / Malaysian heirloom variety is also known as bird chilly or chili padi. Essential ingredient in Thai cooking, such as Tom Yum. Prolific producer. Can be grown without a glass house but some extra warmth in Autumn will help ripen the chillies.

Red Cayenne Pepper 

This low to medium heat chilly grows rather long - up to 20cm! The chillies ripen first to brown then to red. Can be sliced thinly, with the seeds are removed, and added to salads for added flavour. Prolific producer.
