This compact Coleonema produces flowers that are ligher coloured than the species. The leaves are needle like and overall, the plant looks like a cross between a heather and a conifer. The flowers are produced en-masse in early spring and have a fragrance. The leaves are aromatic and gives off a pleasant smell when rubbed.
